1. Download the app for free from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

2. Unpack your ring and charging cable. Plug the cable into a USB power source, such as a laptop or USB charger. Then place the ring on the charger: an LED will flash to indicate that it is ready to be paired.

3. If your COLMI ring comes with a charging case, insert it inside to charge. The LED will also flash to indicate that it is ready to connect.

4. Check that your phone's Bluetooth and GPS are turned on.

5. Open the Qring app, click "Connect Now," and accept the requested permissions. Once the ring's signal is detected, select it to complete the connection.
